Internal email (sent to other DecaTech clients, or DecaTech itself) is unaffected, along with incoming email.

It has been reported from several sources that there is an issue with being able to send email to AOL accounts from DecaTech client email accounts.
There appears to be no issue with receiving email from AOL, which is normally more problematic, due to their aggresive black-listing policies.
